Return Policy
Time Frame
Returns on furniture will be accepted up until 30 days from the delivery/Pickup date. Returns will be issued once the item is received by Out There Designs LLC in its original condition.
Returns will not be accepted on any wood slabs.
Returns will not be accepted for Custom Merch (T-Shirts and Mugs) as they are custom made for each order by Printly, except for the case of a faulty product. In that case the item will be returned to Printly directly.
Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to the seller. The buyer also has the option of bringing the item to Out There Designs LLC.
Damage During Shipping
Please try and inspect your item during drop-off and deny delivery if any damage is observed. If you find damage after delivery, please take pictures to document it and contact Out There Designs LLC within 10 days of the delivery date.
Please include the pictures in the email.
